To secure an appointment, a non-refundable deposit of £40 is required, payable on the same day the appointment is requested. This deposit is refundable provided cancellation occurs at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Additionally, please be advised that guests are not permitted; attendees are requested to arrive unaccompanied.
Clients are requested to provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. If this notice period is not adhered to, the deposit will be forfeited. Should you wish to rebook after a missed appointment, the full fee for the missed session will be required.
The following cancellation policies apply:
Cancelling with less than 12 hours' notice or failing to show up will incur a charge of 100% of the appointment fee.
Cancelling within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the appointment fee.
Cancelling between 24 and 48 hours prior to the appointment will result in the loss of the deposit.
Please be advised that arriving more than 15 minutes late for your appointment will result in it being classified as a missed appointment. Consequently, your deposit will be forfeited, and you will still be liable for the full fee associated with the service.
Should you, for any reason, find yourself dissatisfied with the service provided, you have the right to submit a formal complaint within 48 hours of your appointment. This will facilitate the arrangement of a complimentary appointment.
